Accommodation
IMPORTANT: Update 25th July
Due to an amazing response to this year's GBs, on-site Irish dancing accommodation has now been fully sold.
(See below for off-site and GBs Day Pass details)
From now on, the only way that GBs customers can stay on site is to book in to what accommodation is left at Butlin's current prices, which can change each day.
You should call the Bognor Hotline on 0845 070 4770 and the team will do their best to accommodate you. Opening times of the booking line are:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 -- 20:00
- Saturday: 09:00 -- 18:00
- Sunday: 09:00 -- 17:00
People booking on-site accommodation as outlined above will then need to purchase ‘GBs Day Passes’ from the day visitors gate during their stay, for each day they require access to GBs areas and events.

Entrance to GBs Competition Halls, Entertainment
Please note that the GBs rates are exclusive to those attending the Great Britain Championships and INCLUDE wristband access to the dancing halls every day and the exclusive GBs entertainments. There will be members of the general public on site while the GBs takes place, and Butlins security staff will NOT permit access to the Irish dancing halls without the appropriate wristband. Whilst it is possible to book the GBs dates via the Butlins website, this would not include access to the Irish dancing halls.
Those without on-site accommodation can still attend the GBs with special GBs Day Passes. One or two people appear to have received incorrect information about these. We can confirm that entry with special GBs day passes will be from 7am each day, and that they includes entry to the Irish dancing halls, entry to the GBs events, and use of the Butlins facilities.
General
Please make sure you book for the correct number of adults and children. Butlins staff will check vehicles arriving against booking documents and for security reasons will NOT permit unauthorised people on site.
These two measures are designed in part to help keep the children on site safe from intruders -- please do not try to circumvent them!

Deposit
We have been told that our original information on deposits was incorrect. Butlins take a deposit based on grade of accommodation (£35.00 per Adult and £20.00 per Child for DBB OR £15.00 per person for Self-Catering) and the balance is due 8 weeks before the break begins rather than 6. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
