Travelling to Bognor

First, right up front, the full address for your mapping/satnav needs!

Butlins Resort, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 1JJ, UK

You will find useful online mapping services at www.maporama.com and www.streetmap.co.uk - and there are many others.

The Resort is set on a large site just a mile east of Bognor Regis town, on the Littlehampton Road near Felpham Village. If you're driving, it's easy to find -- from the M3 head for the A27, then simply follow the A259 coast road and you can't miss it.

The south of England is well served by air, sea, road and rail. Despite being surrounded by two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs), Bognor is less than two hours from the capital by train, with direct links to London Victoria Station and single fares costing as little as £20.00 (fares vary greatly; please check the cost of your planned journey before travelling).

Road

If you are travelling by car, Bognor is less than 50 miles from the M25 motorway and is also very close to the M27 along the south coast. From further afield, the motorway network brings Bognor within easy reach.

Air Travel

One of London's four major international airports, Gatwick, is an easy trip by road or rail from Bognor, with the other three -- Heathrow, Stansted and Luton, being a short hop into London by train and then less than two hours from London Victoria Station.

Trains

If you are flying into London, Gatwick Airport has direct train links to Brighton, with frequent connections to Bognor Regis. Train links from Heathrow would be via the tube (subway) network and then mainline train from Victoria (see above). Both Stansted and Luton Airports also have mainline train links to London.
